The RNLI Sea Survival Diver, for divers who are diving in challanging conditions. The sea around Ireland can be challanging and this courses teaches you about diving safely to avoide problems. and what to do if emergencies occure. It’s important to do this course to make sure your diving skills are up to diving in rough conditions. A lot of accidents do happen, this course will help you avoid any potential problems.
The Fun Part
We will cover everything from dive planning to how to call for help as well as how to increase your visibility on the surface, if you do need rescuing.

Navigation and Safety Kit
Low-Vis conditions
Out of Air Emergencies
SMB’s and Making yourself visible on the surface
Emergency on the surface
The Scuba Gear You Use
You use all your basic scuba gear including a dive computer and accessories.You’ll also learn about some specialist equipment and practice using some it, such as a Surface marker Buoy.
Prerequisites
To enroll in the RNLI Sea Survival Diver, you must be:
- 12 years or older
- Have a PADI OWD certification (or have a qualifying certification from another organisation)

Your Next Adventure
