Our Scuba Dive Livaboard boat is a 24M ex Royal Navy fleet tender, which is geared towards ensuring that you will enjoy your diving holiday in Ireland.  In 2010 she underwent a redesign and refit and now has space for up to twelve divers. We call our Livaboard Embarr. Embarr is an ideal base for your diving holiday in Ireland. If you are interested in finding out more contact anne@oceanaddicts.ie

Embarr has four Twin Cabins and one four berth cabin for guests. She has three bathrooms, a comfortable lounge and a well equipped galley. Hot drinks are available at all times. Embarr has a wet room where divers kit up and its just a short step over the side of the boat to the water. Divers return to the boat by the use of a centre spine ladder.  Nitrox up to 30% is available FREE on board.

Embarr operates along the South Coast of Ireland taking divers to all the best Scuba Diving sites along the Cork and Kerry coast. We will provide you with bed and breakfast and lunch on board. Each evening we will go into harbour where you can go ashore for dinner and check out the fun that Cork and Kerry are famous for.

We tailor all our dive trips to your requirements, depending on the length of your stay and the type of diving you prefer. If wreck diving is what your into, then we can take you to the wrecks of Cork Harbour, Including the WW1 German U-Boat the UC42 and the Gun-running Ship The Aud. Dive the many wrecks off the Galley Head or the U260, a German WW2 Sub and the Kowloon Bridge the largest ship wreck in Western Europe and by tonnage the largest in the world.

We have amazing scenic diving all along the south coast of Ireland, from the Ling Rocks near Kinsale to the 78 rock near Glandore,. You will pass the Fastnet Rock before rounding the Mizen, past Dunmanus & Bantry Bay and sites like The Bullig and South Bullig. We have sheer walls and wonderful reefs covered in life and colour and home to a wide variety of marine life.
